Valley View Property Owners Association Yearly Dues

The Valley View POA access due in the amount of $150.00 per year fora developed lot and $75.00 for an undeveloped lot. Billing for 2012 will begin in early January. You should be notified by our management company, Prudential Solutions about the money due. Some accounts have past due amounts and that will be reflected on the invoice. All checks should be made out to Valley View POA and mailed to PO Box 517 Farmington, AR 72730. Please include the lot number and address when you send in the check. Property owners who do not pay their dues by March 31, 2012 will be charged an additional fee of $25.00 per quarter for late payment. Liens will be placed on property that are consistently in arrears.
