Valley View Estates is a beautiful, private, quiet neighborhood in located in Farmington and Prairie Grove, Arkansas. There are 450+ properties across seven distinct areas: South Highlands, North Highlands, South Club House, North Club House, East Creek, Frisco, and Riviera.

Mission
Preserve and enhance the property of our subdivision by maintaining the common ground areas, upholding our Covenants, By-Laws, Conditions and Restrictions, and Polices. The Board will serve the Homeowners by taking a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest of all homeowners. Valley View Estates will be maintained as a safe, friendly, and enjoyable place to live for each homeowner and their families.
