Dues Information

Valley View Estates POA assesses a fee of $150.00 annually for each developed lot and $75.00 annually for each undeveloped lot within the POA. Dues cover the maintenance of the common areas, utilities, improvement projects and community events.

Each property owner is assessed said fee January 1st of each year per our POA covenants. Annual fees are due by March 1st each year. A late fee of $25 is assessed for those with balances due after March 31st.
