Bulk Junk Removal

Update 

Bulk Junk is being picked up in waves. General junk first. After that, they will come back and pick up the electronics and the metal so that they can take them to the appropriate dump site.

• ✅ June 10: South Highlands, Part of North Highlands
• ✅ June 11: Remaining North Highlands, Riviera, Part of Frisco
• ✅ June 12: Remaining Frisco, East Creek, Part of Club House
• ✅ June 13: Remaing Club House, final wave for metal and electronics

Note: If your junk was not out by 6pm Sunday, and they have already come through your area, it may not be picked up. 

June 10 Update 

There are over 150+ households who participated in the bulk junk removal. Given the high-rate of participation, as expected, it will take a day or two for all of the junk in the neighborhood to be picked up.

You may notice your items picked up in waves. Junk Removal Professionals will pick up general junk first. After that, they will come back and pick up the electronics and the metal so that they can take them to the appropriate dump site.

Junk Removal Professionals has a list of all of the Valley View Estates POA properties and are methodically checking each property in the neighborhood. As long as your items were out by 6pm yesterday, your property will be included in their route.

By 6:00pm on Sunday, June 9, Valley View Estates property owners may put their bulk junk on the curb like you do your weekly trash. The Valley View Estates POA is providing a bulk trash pick up where Junk Removal Professionals of NWA will haul off your bulk junk for you and dispose of it at no charge to your household. This service makes it so that you don't have to haul large items to the dump, which can be especially challenging if you don't own a truck or a trailer or don't have the time. Junk Removal Professionals of NWA will begin making their rounds throughout the neighborhood early in the morning on Monday, June 10. Please note it may take a day or two for all of the junk in the neighborhood to be picked up. 

All residents should aim to have their junk on their curbs no later than 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 9, to ensure it is picked up on Junk Removal Professionals' route early in the morning on Monday, June 10.

What is considered bulk junk? 

• Junk Removal Professionals of NWA will accept unwanted furniture, appliances, carpet, toys, swing sets, trampolines, mattresses, box springs, treadmills, ellipticals, and more. 
• They will NOT accept chemicals, paint, tires, or propane tanks (or the like). They also will not accept yard waste (bags of leaves, piles of sticks, etc.)
