Proposed covenant updates subject to an upcoming property owner vote are ready for feedback
The Valley View Estates POA board, working with property owners over multiple work sessions, has drafted four proposed changes to the POA covenants to be voted upon by property owners between late December 2024 and late January 2025.
You can find the proposed covenant changes to go before owners for a vote here.
Please provide feedback on this form on each of the proposed covenant changes. We plan to roll out finalized covenant proposals for a vote within the next two weeks. Thank you!
