The Social Committee is responsible for planning community events, publishing an events calendar for property owners, welcoming new property owners to the neighborhood, developing event budgets, tracking committee-related expenditures, and reporting to the POA Board committee activities and event outcomes. Any committee decisions, especially financial decisions, must be submitted to the POA Board for approval.
